Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Status of paid plans

Paid plans are not yet available, and Business Software does not currently collect payments. This policy will apply from the moment paid plans are introduced. The free tools and calculators are free and are not covered by it.

2. Free Trial

The 45-day Trial does not require payment information and we do not charge you when it ends, so there is nothing to refund or cancel for the Trial itself. The Trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically.

3. Paid plans

The first paid plan will be Pro, offered with monthly or yearly billing. The price and billing period you choose are shown to you before you pay, and that is the price that applies to your purchase. Payments will be taken by a third-party payment provider.

4. Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time.
• Cancelling stops future charges for that plan.
• After you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before that period begins.

5. Refunds

Payments for paid plans, whether monthly or yearly, are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time, for a period you have already started, or because you changed your mind or stopped using the service.

The exceptions are:

• an amount charged to you in error, or charged more than once for the same period, which we will correct by refunding the extra or incorrect amount; and
• any refund or remedy you are entitled to under applicable law, which this policy does not limit.

6. How to ask about a charge

If you think you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within a reasonable time, with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Changes do not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.
