The free tools, calculators, templates, articles and guides on Business Software are provided for general information and convenience. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR or other professional advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship between you and us.
Our tools are designed around the Indian GST system, but tax laws, rates, rules, notified formats and due dates change, and how they apply depends on your circumstances. GST and other calculations, GSTIN format checks, and figures such as margins, targets or salary breakups are informational. A format check does not confirm that a GSTIN is registered, active or belongs to the person named. Confirm rates, place of supply, input tax credit and filing requirements with the official sources or a qualified professional before relying on any result.
Documents such as invoices, proforma invoices, quotations, estimates, purchase orders, delivery challans, credit and debit notes, receipts, salary slips, offer letters, experience and relieving letters, and salary certificates are produced from what you enter and from generic templates. They may not meet every legal, tax, contractual or regulatory requirement that applies to you, and they are not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Review each document carefully before you issue, sign or send it. Letters and certificates in particular should be checked against your employment contracts, policies and applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter, for choosing whether a document or calculation suits your purpose, for keeping your own records, and for your business, tax and legal decisions. We do not check the information you enter or the outcome of how you use a document.
We work to keep tools accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted. Tools and content may change or be removed without notice.
Invoices, proposals, reminders and other records created in a workspace are prepared by and for the organization using the application. The same principles apply: the organization is responsible for their content, accuracy and compliance, and the software does not provide professional advice.
